Chef Donovan Allee

Since as a young child I was fascinated with cooking.
My first cooking lesson was on how to make cheeseballs, given to me by a cousin. As a teen I started wanting more variarity then was put on the table. So I stated to watch Food Network everyday after school. My favorite shows were; Everyday Italian, 30 Minute Meals, Paula Dean, Barefoot Contessa, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. And at night the cooking show that dominated the screen was Iron Chef Japan, Where I observed and learned techniques to cook meals faster. By watching and making notes of all thes different shows, I developed the love for different types of cuisines. With my favorites being Italian and Chinese cuisine.

As a young chils I started selling food at home like popcorn and johny cake. As I grew up I started cater for family and friends small parties and special events. With a lot of great feedback on my food taste and presentation I decided to take food to a next level and open my own full time catering business providing breakfast and lunch on a daily basis and for bigger events.

There is where I am today, very happy and proud of all my achievements and looking forward to my next goal which is to have my own restaurant some day.
